How do I buy parts and customise?

The game description says -

"FULL CUSTOMIZATION
Build your kart from the ground up with over 60 components and 1000+ parts that all affect handling. Swap out axles, sprockets, carburetors, rims, hubs, torsion bars and many more. If you can see it, you can change it."

How do I do this? I can only see options to buy a complete Kart, apparel, a drone and a tent. Going to customise Kart settings in the pits doesn't give me any option to purchase parts, only alter specs (such as tyre pressures etc).

Hi, the game description is, sadly, wrong. Full Customisation hasn't been implemented. One can only change some cosmetic things, like sidepods, nassau panel, nose cone, rims, steering wheel, bumper and data logger (in the game's main menu, Pits > Karts > [Choose a kart] > Setups > [Choose a setup] > Parts).

I see. That’s a bit annoying! I used to race IRL and thought this aspect of the game would be something I could really get into.

I have been posting about the blatant scam since they released this mess of a game to live. By the time you set your wheel up an take a lap or 2 you cant refund anymore. They are scan artist and the small player base left keeps defending the game because they like the old devs and owner. Plain and simple they are no longer involved and they should be helping the sim community by getting rid of these scum company's.

I've had no issues getting the game running and my old Logitech wheel and pedals work fine. I am however, disappointed they've blatantly lied in their game description. I feel ripped off. I had no idea about the backstory with the devs and current owners. I really just wanted to race Karts in VR and tinker with all of these parts they've shown in the description.

I've got about 1/2 an hour in game. I'm considering refunding it due to their dishonesty.
