Listed below are levels confirmed as beatable under par. Some are very easy while others will drive you nuts. You should be able to do enough for the Over Powered and God Among Shadows achievements though. Have fun. :)

*I fluked this by getting the orb through the tiny gap to the left of the goal, bypassing the teleporter entirely.

Add to the list : 4.4, 7.3, 10.1, 13.5, 17.3, 20.2, 21.1, 21.3, 22.3 ;)

On the other hand, I did not manage to "perfect" 18.3, 18.4

I stoppped there (on sector 22), got the achievement somewhere along the way, so I did not check sector 23, nor all the bonus levels (again ...).

Vaults are completely chaotic, and I don't see "how" you are supposed to have an under-par solution

3.1 under par -> Do 2 lines, first the right then the left. Wait until there's only 1 ball missing to finish the level then quickly destroy the right line.
