HD Sprites Mod (In Progress and Working)

I've been importing some HD sprites into the game and would like to ask opinions...
I took a few screenshots and recorded a 2 min video showing some skills, my internet upload is bad, but I pretend to upload soon

These sprites are 100% animated and working just fine, so what do you people think?
Worth importing all possible HD sprites?

What if you converted the sprites to a slightly lower resolution, in order to keep the file size smaller, but still higher than what the game came with? Might be a lot of work, though

I manually extracted just Laharl, Etna and Flonne (because of aforementioned issues by other people and also to make this work with other mods)
Any chance I can trouble you for Fallen Angel Flonne instead of the normal version?
Also, since you seem to have access to disgaea 4 / D2 art assets, could you dump the portrait files so we can replace the story scene portaits?
(Alternatively you can just tell me where you get the game assets and how you convert them)

I can't answer about the author's status, but I am slowly working on replacing the Girl Laharl used in this mod with regular Laharl.

I found a sort of solution for the "too big file".
You can easily reduce the weight of the START.DAT file with editing the NEW_FACE.DAT
I made a 16 colors version of this file so you gain about 60mo you can use for the newer sprites without any visual quality lost (tested and working).

You can gain more space if need with the same method on other files (haven't tried so far because i haven't readed the new limit)

I found this tweak as i upscale the original game sprite with xbrz and had the same limitation as you ^^

I don't think it is, but I DO know that NIS are releasing for the PS4 at least, Disgaea 1 HD, which is Disgaea with updated pixels/graphics like this guy was trying to do

I've been messing with Disgaea Sprites lately got the hang of it real quick while everyone want to upgrade to HD sprites... I decided to try to down grade to GBA Final Fantasy Tactics Sprites first. Im hoping for an HD mod release soon so i can actually play this game instead of editing sprites.
While i'm proud of my GBA Tactics MOD I would only use it for sh**s and giggles...
Anyone else would be interested in this possible mod? only gonna take a few day to finish it
