easy fix for missing OpenAl32.dll

Download and install this file

http://openal.software.informer.com/3.0/

look for the OpenAl32.dll file in your windows folder and copy and paste it to the game location in the the steamapps folder in your steam folder, and enjoy.

Does not help game still crashes right after launching.
