Display Issues-Bar on right side in fullscreen/Fullscreen user resolution auto scales way too large
Apologies in advance for being a rambler. I initally posted this in troubleshooting but after about 24 hours I got no reply, so I moved it here in hopes to get help. However, while editing this and providing more information (from work, doing this remotely) I actually think I solved the issue. I'm going to post anyway, just in case someone else has this issue in the future.

For context, I'm pretty computer savvy and work in AV, monitors, resolution, are my cup of tea. Sometimes you just need to google, other times you need to reach out. This is one of those times I need to reach out.

I'm trying to play the game at the native resolution of my TV (3840x2160). When I change the game from windowed to fullscreen, my taskbar overlaps the bottom, the game shifts off-center toward the left, and a weird graphical bar appears on the right. I've seen some black bar discussions, but this is not that. This would be playable, but it's just... really ugly and annoying.

Identified Problem and fix:

I'm playing on a TV across my living room on a 4k screen. Because of this, windows is set to scale apps in the display settings. I needed to set an exception for the app by taking the following steps so windows doesn't scale it beyond the edge of the monitor:

Right-click the application name in Explorer or on the Start menu
Select Properties
Select the Compatibility tab
Select the Override high DPI scaling behavior check box
Set the Scaling Performed By: Application

Hope no one ever needs this information, but if you do, here ya go!

I have found that I have one more thing needed to fix the problem.
Under compatibility tab have "Disable fullscreen optimizations" on.
