Entire senate Loathes me

As the title says, the entire senate loathes me. I've only killed about 5 of the roster before but whenever it comes to asking for something such as CoO3 or Triple XP or Stronger Enemies they are ALL loathe and whats more I can't bribe them enough to get them outta Loathe. What can I do?

Lol, I wish I could but they are slightly higher lvl than myself or at least the same lvl. I'm lvl 115 and I think the highest I've seen from them is lvl 198.

Oh, those are easy. There are those that are lvl 600 x-x

Show them who's boss :D In the end u have to kill em over and over again to pass bills, until u kill some1 special and suddenly all ur bill passing problems are solved. Due to spoilers, I won't mention who :P

Take the bloody route and murder them, or keep trying to bribe until a few start turning a new leaf. I don't think I ever had an entire congress run rogue like that. You're probably going to need 10 sessions or so just to turn a few repeating senators to your side if you take the non-violent route.

as the other said, bribing is you best bet.
Buy a crapton of cheap items ( Only the rarity matters when bribing ) , try a few "triple exp / stronger monster" and bribe away like crazy.

Though to be honest, when it come to bill with "innate negative boost", I always force my way though it since it's an annoying bills to pass otherwise.

Murder is the best bet really. Pass a few stronger enemy bills, level up in the first level of Celestia, combine the enemies to make things easier. I had a Cosmic Hero, a Galaxy Mage, a Shadow Ninja, Etna and Laharl all around 130 when I murdered them.

the better way is to bribe someone in the front bench so they like you, then throw lower level ones at the super one, the problem with murdering them, in new game plus, they will come back and will hate you even more. I think that is a better way then murdering. still bribing them isn't a bad idea either, what I have been doing, seems to be working ok. even unlocked CoO for me to go in once I have hit the right level.

You all were right. After a few rounds of bribing them at lower cost bills I went for CoO3 and just tossed them all together inside the highest lvl mob that agreed with me...which thankfully just happened to be the highest lvl mob there was lol.

Be careful doing things that way, because if the ones that agree with you get hit by anything during the fight, they'll turn on you.

Yeah, found that out the hard way on one of them. Had a combined lvl 500 something get hit when I was lvl 100. Was GG after that.

after few reincarnation you can kill them lol my archer killed a lv 105 who had half bar with 1 shot and my archer was only lv 45 lol

I did one incarnation already just to see what it was all about. Think I was about lvl 18 or so at the time haha. I might do it again now that I'm lvl 120 something. I just tried CoO3. Yep. Was another GG when I only did 500 dmg to all of them with my wing slayer. Fun times getting raped.
