What sort of fun names have you given to characters you've created? For example, I named my beginning Male and Female Brawlers Ora and Muda, respectively.

I usually name my first three mages Hikaru, Umi, and Fuu (fire, water, and wind magical girls from Magic Knight Rayearth).

I captured one of those armor dudes with the fire heads and renamed him "Warbutt". It isn't a reference to anything, I'm just really immature.

I mostly just name my characters out of character from things I like (such as a Prinny named Chica.... or a male healer named Charles... as in Charles Matthias from the Metamor Keep series.)

I usually just name people after friends and myself.
Some classes just get different gimmicky names, like a green mage named beans, a star mage named rats, a dragon named drags, etc.
I think the only person whose name is in proper caps is Marisa the archer and Pamona the mage (which is an intentional misspelling of Ramona).

I usually go by lists or use external random name generators. I am not a man of imagination by any stretch. I do like naming my brawlers things like, Punchbeef, and McHuge.

Since I've played Undertale recently, I decided to name one of my brown haired Female Swordsman Frisk, and one of my ghosts Napstablook.

Fire, Wind and Ice Mages are always Fiery, Airy and Icy, respectively. Star Mage usually goes by Ellie, but it depends on my mood. Male warrior goes by Raki, with female warrior being Claire. Ninja is always Kakashi, Ronin is Kaoru. Most anything else gets random names.
