Valvatorez from the 4th game for 3 reasons:

1) His obsession of sardines and how literally every single next-time segment has sardine trivia in it. Heres a link to all the next-time segments for the game but if you really want to have no spoilers just watch the first 53 seconds ITS AMAZING. https://youtu.be/NXT3ZiSa3R4

2) He's a Tyrant Overlord at one point in his life. Even though he degenerated into becoming a prinny instructor he's still strong. Hell in the 4th game you can essentially have TWO Valvatorez's (one tyrant and one prinny instructor) if you have dlc for the ps3 or own a vita version of the game (which is free btw)
