Chances of Dragon's Crown on PC?
Seeing that NISA is getting bold on releasing their published game on PC, i gotta ask. Do we have a chance of seeing Dragon's Crown on Steam as well? It was one of my favourite games in the past years and i'd love to play it again here, given the chance.

You can find Phantom Brave, Makai Kingdoms, and Disgaea 2 in the Steam DB

Really? How do you look this up? If so, then this could get rather nice. Of course, if the ports are at any time sloppy, the community might chip in on fixing them. This is good for everyone. Is La Pucelle anywheres there, or Ragnarok?

The only one I've seen is Phantom Brave, I heard about Disgaea 2 and Makai Kingdoms from another party.

Well, this kinda gives me hope. I trust they'll disclose some info about this plan of theirs sooner or later.

Dragon's crown is a totally different group of people...

I liked Dragon Crown, but I really rather see the Disgaea series first, but would still welcome the game if it gets a good following. The Vita version multiplayer didn't survive that well, but overall the game was exactly what I wanted. An updated amazing version of Golden Axe, Lol.

If you're talking about the software house, yes. But the publisher is still NISA, and i believe they have all the rights about publishing on other platforms.

Dragon's Crown is Atlus. It was published by Atlus in Japan and NA. NISA only published it in Europe.

That said, Dragon's Crown is popular enough (it just recently got an OST release) that a PC release isn't unlikely to happen.

As Melodia said.

Also you can't assume they have rights to do anything outside what they have done. Particularly since they would need to get access to the code to do a port.

Mmhh, i did assume that NISA had published the game in NA too, my mistake.

Still, at this point a faint hope is better than nothing.

thanks for sharing that.

I want those games too. I bought Muramasa years ago and don't even own a Wii. it remains unopened, but I have gotten to play it *wink wink*

Dragon's crown gave me a reason to dust off my PS3. Still haven't had the chance to go back to the legend that is Odin Sphere, but I would take advantage of that on PC.

Dragon's Crown is by Vanillaware, not NISA. NISA only published it in the EU and I think Australia. You're gonna have to ask Atlus.
