Anyone killed zetta on here yet. I know you have to pass the stronger enemies bill 20 times and you fight him in stellar graveyard at level 9999

You have to pass the stronger enemies bills to unlock the stage, but once it is unlocked, you can lower the enemies levels again to fight him. With no stronger enemies bills passed, he is around level 3000, I believe. Not too difficult.

Just don't forget to talk to the dimensional guide after reaching the max ennemy rank. Then you can go lower the ennemy rank.

Oh snap I forgot about this fight. Is there anything you need to activate it? I just beat Prinny Baal and would love the chance to have another challenging fight.

you just need to pass 20 stronger enemy bills and talk to the dimension gatekeeper

Yea in Disgaea 4, 5 and D2 he has his real form. In D2, there a book weapon which is Zetta's Sacred Tome form used by Petta.
