Hey Everyone I fixed Full Screen

Actually didnt take much work.... just remembered a few things about windows problems and you can almost fix anything with a few clicks of the mouse

Go into the Disgaea PC folder: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Disgaea PC
Right click on the dis1_st application
Goto properties
Click on the compatibility tab
Click on: 'Change high DPI settings' button
At the bottom you'll see what says: High DPI Scaling Override
Click the checkbox that reads: Override High DPI scaling behavior
Scaling performed by 'Application'
Click OK
Click Apply

Now you have Disgaea PC working with FullScreen option again
NO need for any overly convoluted patches
