Report a translation problem
Like most content put out these days, it's under copyright, meaning you're not "allowed" to reproduce it without permission. Legally speaking this is the default, and it stands until the rights holder says otherwise. NIS hasn't said otherwise, though you have the option of asking them, if you're so inclined.
Technically speaking, they've applied no protections: what you get is a PDF file. Hit the Print button and out it'll come.
If all you're after is a "portable copy", though, I'd instead suggest simply copying the file onto a phone or tablet.
