Ninja class
So i have a ninja on my team but the ninja dodges healing magic from my mage. Is this ment to happen or what?

Well, I wouldn't say it's "meant" to happen, but it's true that there's nothing you can do about it.

It was an annoying side-effect to the way the mechanics worked in Disgaea 1. Its fixed in later titles though, beneficial boosts are no longer dodged.

Once ninjas get strong enough they don't need healing. Until then keep a few hp recovery items in your inventory, since consumables aren't dodgeable.
