There's another hidden switch - finding both, and then the hidden door they open, lets you in on a bit more of the story.

Accessing the hidden room in every single chapter gives you a bonus accessory and unlocks a new game mode at the end.

If you haven't done this already, you might consider losing to Mid-Boss when he next pops up. Doing this plays the credits, then allows you to save and start a NG+ (letting you roll back to chapter 1 while keeping your current team / items).

You need to do this at least once if you want to unlock all of the items in the song store anyway.

Yeah, I wouldn't sweat missing it, this is one of those games you're going to want to go through a couple of times to get different endings.

Exactly what it takes to unlock those endings, I won't say here, but they're all variations of "be as nice as possible", "be as evil as possible", and "conquer everything in your path". Aside from "lose to Mid-Boss", which someone already mentioned.

You don't have to do it every chapter, you just have to read all the entries before the end of the second to last chapter.

but i didnt start from the beginning xd i just play again in the same part

In order to "read all the entries before the end of the second to last chapter", you "have to do it every chapter". You can't read chapter 1's entry while playing chapter 6, for example.

You'll get to fight him again during later chapters. I'm pretty sure he pops up in chapter 6, so you shouldn't be far away from your next opportunity.
