The only way you can actually play it portably is by emulating it on your phone, which is illegal unless you provide your own ROM.You could also buy an portable PC such as this one http://www.gearbest.com/tablet-pcs/pp_624766.html?utm_source=eb&utm_medium=Daimondlkf&utm_campaign=LKF_NB , but unfortunately they are really expensive, but you will be able to play other games aswell(obviously).
You must see things from an business standpoint.First of all they don't have a following on mobile(They didn't have one on PC either, but there are plenty of people who want more RPG's on PC so it sold well, especially console exclusives). The games you mentioned, besides Banner saga sold really well because they are really cheap.Banner Saga got to be really well known because everyone gave it good reviews and plenty of people who played it on pc bought in on Android aswell. You can see that the second Banner Saga wasn't talked about so often and it has sold a ton less copies.
Also there are close to no people who play what I like to refer as "good games" on mobile.Everyone has a phone but Shadowrun and Xcom ew only sold 100k copies each, and they have been released for a number of years now,not to say how XCOM is a really well known series.I know that not everyone likes tactical RPG's,but still. Also, please do not refer to mobiles as another platform. They are made to chat on,not to play games. If you want to play games portably you should get a handheld console,as just about 2% of the games on googleplay are good.
Everyone's going to be happier if the third and fourth ones are going to come to Steam, and this way plenty of people who never played any Disgaea games before(such as myself) can get to play through all of them. Not only will that generate more sales than the mobile ports, but because of Steam Sales and discovery queque's more people will get to see the game.Unless you know that the game released on mobile you won't know that it's there unless you browse which new games launched when the game just launched.
the PSP and PS2,and from what I have heard the superior version was the PS2 one.
Also as I said stop comparing handhelds with mobile devices, and please bring other arguments other than it will do well. Also the DS version kind of sucked if I recall right, and it didn't sell nearly as well as any of the other portable versions of the game.
Also why would they take the risk to try and sell it on Android where,as I said they won't even know if it will fail or not when they can bring the third one on steam where they already have plenty of people(including myself) wanting to buy it.Nobody cares about a mobile port besides you(and maybe a few others).I'm sorry lad but this is the harsh reality.Mobile gaming is ♥♥♥♥ and it's not worth investing in.
Also it's not like you think and try to make good decisions for them. You just wrote this thread hoping they are going to read it(which they probably won't) and thinking they might port it
I'm not the one to recommend emulation, but just buy the cd of an psp Disgaea game and then emulate it,which is easier with cd type games unlike cartridge based ones, and by following a tutorial you can rip your own ROM(Which is legal from what I can remember, but take my recommandation with a grain of salt and check yourself again). This way you win and pay as much as an android version which might be iffy, not to say how you will have a nice box to maybe put in your room for decoration purposes.
As I said, nobody gives a damn about mobile gaming. They could have ported the first 2 to the mobile but they ported it to the switch. Also Disgaea 3-5 appeared on the PS3 and respectively PS4 until the switch release of the fifth one.The first 2 Disgaea games launched on both
the PSP and PS2,and from what I have heard the superior version was the PS2 one.

First, mobile gaming makes more money then most stationary gaming, so saying "no one gives a damn about it is stupid. PSP version of Disgaea is superior. Disgaea PC is a PORT OF PSP version + minor additions. PS3 Disgaea games have supirior versions on VITA. Your arguments about "why would they risk?" Well, maybe because it pays off, they do not loose money on porting, only effort, after all it's their own engine so they do not loose money on licensing. And I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ know about emulation and use it perfectly on both my phone and PC for games that I like, but IT WOULD BE MORE CONVENIENT FOR ME AND PROFITABLE FOR THEM to port it.
Do you seriously think that mobile gaming makes more money than home consoles/PC's?You really are undocumented as all ♥♥♥♥.5% of people who own a mobile phone bought a couple games at best.Do you see anyone actually talking about Mobile releases? You don't do ya?Also,I just checked again and apparently the PSP version is superior to the PS2 one,so that was my bad. Also the Vita Disgaea's might be better because the Vita launched a lot later than the ps3 version. It's not like they could make any sales if they sold the same game on a console which did terribly when the PS3 still was trendy.
Mobile games never pay off when nobody knows about the game in question. Also there are no actual gamers using mobile devices. They do not lose money for porting, but they lose money on the people who worked on porting the game. It's not like they are prinnies and work for free. Also I was just explaining emulation in case you wanted to play it on yer mobile phone,as the game won't get ported unless there is going to be a demand for it,which there isn't.It would just be convenient for you,as I doubt they would sell many copies.
Again,I might be slightly biased as I'm new to Disgaea, but I'd much rather like to get the third and fourth released on PC(I'd buy the PS3 versions if shops around me would still sell them,I'd plug the PS3 to my TV just for that haha),than to get the first 2 ported on mobile devices.
I could continue forever, but we both know that we are going to argue for nothing and we won't get to a middle ground so I won't bother replying anymore, and so should you.
Also small companies almost never make much money. It's all about advertising, and I don't see Nippon Ichi paying extra so that they can get adverts to show to people who are on Mobile. Also who would pay 20 euros for a game they don't know anything about? If it's free people would download it in case it looks interesting, which won't be the case with this game.
Now please your last line ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ burns my eyes and I am one step away from Conjuring the PC Master Race alongside the Console Lords to teach you where games are meant to be played.Nobody talks about mobile releases period
