The same thing goes for all the other "gain" specialists, only the total cap for those is 300 each, as opposed to 1900.
armsmaster caps at 1900 per character, statisticans, managers, brokers, at 300 per character, etc
Also bear in mind that when levelling an item, the stat gains you get on defeating the Generals/Kings/Gods are increased depending on the number of slots which contain stat-boosting specialists. The number of specialists in each slot doesn't matter, the number of slots filled does. Keep this in mind before merging everything you get.
So let me see if I understand this: You get something extra defeating the "every 10 levels" bosses in the Item World for every slot you have that contains specialists that increase stuff like ATK and SP and such?
