It's a technical mess, I don't even know how they even got that game working on Xbox.

I've played the pc port, and it's beyond awful, not even Fallout 76 is as bad as Evolution.

I finished the game and i hope the second one will be as good as this one

I can confirm the port for Turok Evolution on the pc is janky and very hard to play.

I still have the retail copy of Turok Evolution, only played it once years ago but did not like it..The N64 titles are much better in my hop.

do not bother playing the game on a PC, it can not save the position after every start from the beginning. Video does not work. I played on ps2 and also on pc. Now I'm playing on the xbox 360.

Ideally they could, or would use the Xbox version, which is the intended platform the game was developed for.

I dont want to derail this topic (cause i like it) but what about a rage wars remake.

There are enough mp games, so no gtfo with that.

I agree the pc port of Turok evolution is unfinished but released exclusively in Europe anyway for some reason..
ported by only a few people too i think.

The best version of the game is probably on the Xbox wich has more graphical features and better surround sound.

I actually have been enjoying playing it on the xbox. Right now im on chapter 9 i think and it has some cheap filler sections but overall i think it is a pretty cool game.

I have a feeling it got bashed a bit to much because it did not live up or even touch on the previous master pieces on the N64.

Also it did not help that some of the people on the dev team hyped the game up way to much at the time.

So yeah i will wait with my final verdict when i actually finish the game, wich should be soon now.

yea it sure would be cool but does not negate the fact that you necro posted so gtfo with necroing threads

Dont recall any rules against starting up a convo again, so no I dont need to gtfo, if you have a problem with this topic then you are free to not engage in it yourself.

A few months isn't too terribly long ago, and dont see hardly any active threads for many days if not a few weeks so I dont see this as a big deal.
