It's the hard knock life for NABN00B
It's the hard knock life, for NABN00B!!
Steada treated, NABN00B gets tricked
Steada kisses, he gets kicked
It's the hard knock life!!
It's an old game that was primarily designed for a console, gameplay and level design principles are as far off modern standards as you can imagine.
If you approach it as you would any game that was developed and released in modern era then yeah - the game is bad, really simple and bad.
But for a retro throwback that was built according to principles that are long gone it does it's job.
Hey, whats the best program to download youtube videos? just askin.
Turok has a lot of problems and thats not a knock against it, the 90s was an earlier time in gaming that had a lot of experimentation. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it kind of worked and sometimes not at all. But that is part of the fun of older games, I think at least.
Actually, I grew up playing Doom/Doom II and I have quite a huge collection (though not complete) of classic FPS games in my Steam library. Yeah, I know it was designed for a console and it might a great game for Nintendo 64 standards but on the PC it is outdone in every aspect by other games from the same era.
i dont undestand please tell me what you say
Trial by fire level and the accomplishment i felt when it was all done was nothing short of amazing.
Then again im a old school fps fanatic.
When I played it back in time, I only used forward and backward on the arrow key pad and looked with the mouse. It felt like driving a boar but it was fun and kinda challenging.
