Spiderman DLC showing as not installed

Hi everyone. The spiderman dlc is ticked in my list of dlc for this game but it is still showing as not installed. Is the spiderman dlc included as part of an update to the base game, or is it included as part of a seperate dlc pack that doesnt want to install for me? if its in a seperate dlc pack, what steps do I take to get it to download?

I am using Macbook and I also dont have the DLC.

I contacted them on twitter awhile ago and they said they are working on it, who knows when it'll be fixed tho.
