Pretty much.
Free world is the only actual campaign in the game atm. Later on, there will be other options, but as it stands, they are all you have for a truely linear campaign. There are also scattered mini-campaigns about the galaxy that you can participate in by clicking that spaceport button.
So many possibilities, and you would drop the game because it doesn't have enough story lines... Shame on you.
