The game tries to install these on launch, but cannot complete the task. I just skip them ("Cancel") and everything seems to play out normally. Are those really needed? If yes, how can I get them installed?

If the game plays out normally it should be ok. It is probably because you already have installed those Runtimes and the game failed to register that fact. It shouldn't give any problems, but we will try to sort it out soon.

The game does not play out for me. It says I need to install the C++ and only gives "Yes/No" optons. If "no," the client closes. If I click "yes" it only gives me the option to unistall C++. No change after reinstalling C++. Please help.

Hi guys.

We experience rare cases where the Microsoft c++ runtime is a problem, this also happens for a few also for other games. We have been searching the Steam forums for various solutions to this problem and have found a few solutions that might work in your case. Unfortunately they are all a bit technical.

First make sure you Windows 7 is fully updated.
