Can't make a voodoo doll

I've purchased the ability from I think it was Kapua, but when I go to Character/Skills the game won't let me activate Create Doll. I'm at Voodoo 4 and I have over 1000 gold on hand. Aaaarg! A little guidance would be appreciated. Thanks, Maties! :)

I also have all of the components (Jade, teeth, eye, voodoo doll and a knot of Jim's hair).

im level 10 and it doesnt show me to learn how to create a voodoo doll

Hey dude - I stopped playing the game last year. So, I can't help you. I tried playing it again a few weeks ago and can't even get it to work. Sorry

i found a solution
u have to complete sliks quest and kapua doesnt teach the spell chani does after u complete the quest (sorry for my bad english)

Did this game stop working just recently?

Haven't played it since last fall. I bought it through Steam, but I can't re-download it through them. Probably have to go through the makers. Just donit want to take the time to do it now. Got a new DLC for Skyrim and I am playing that night and day now. Duck!!!!! Here comes another Dragon. :-)

Slick won't talk to me after giving him all the stuff, and Chani won't teach me the Voodoo Doll skill. Game is stuck now and I can't side with Inquisition.
