Can you return to Tacarigua?

There 2x Grave Spiders and a group of 4 Ghouls i cant kill even with Patty, so i dont spoil it ... after awhile your alone again.. and venturing out of the pirate camp trying to join the crew ... so i would assume that these are for killing at a later date.. do i need to kill them before i leave the isle? if i do leave and return will the isle be repopulated or just those i not killed still be there? can i return to Tacarigua?

Yes you can return to Tacarigua or anothers isles anytime with ur own Pirate ship. When u feel strong enough to kill these monsters just set turn ur ship route to tacarigua talking with patty and there you are. :)
