If you join the Inquisition as allie to fight Crow, then in later game you won't be able to complete it, because you can't learn Creating Dolls and you can't do a Mauregato Doll and then you can't unlock Maracai Bay and then you can't Hunt Garcia. Thank you Devs. 20h of playing in ass!

I'll be honest, I cheated that doll and gone further, actually I'm in Maracai Village, but you can tell the other way here, because I didn't found other way on the Internet.

Wat? You sure can reach Maracai Village without Voodoo. I got a quest from Azuro, a trader in Caldera. He told me to get a ring from Mauregato. After that Azuro will give you a letter and with this peace of paper you can enter the councils place.

Yes, you can enter the councils Place but in Library there's actually everything you can read actually doesn't giving you any information.

There is, on a table at the end of the library. It tells you the location you need.

I think in order to complete the quest, you have to find a 'proper' way to enter library. Otherwise just reading the books inside wont do anything. I was able to finish the quest after using silver tonque on one of the council members which got me access to library.

In order to complete this mission, once you have access to the Archives, you have to speak with a lady called Cassandra or something, who is the archivist, then you get to a option to buy the key to mauregatos office, where you get his diary, and after that go into the library and read that diary, which will now be effective, completing the quest in the process.

Amazing how it can be hard for some people to just simply talk to npc standing in the middle of a huge room and actually listen to what they say.
