Venturo's location

It's the mission called 'Lookouts report', have been searching "where this Venturo is" on the internet for god knows how long, I've looked the spot where he should be like a dozen times and thought about some kind of bug is happening, but founds out no one on the internet has the same problem as I am.

then realized the mission is not really critical for the main story(decided to side with natives anyway :\ )
so I was kind of giving it up, and chilling at the beach while collecting these cargo crates, after that, I fast travel to Puerto Isabella, then I saw this redhead guy, standing at the bar, drinking beer...

you know, just trying to let anyone that's confused with the mission know, he could be anywhere...
