No, this is not a beginning OHGODWHEREISSHE oh there she is with her fater issue.
I killed Garcia, got his Artifact, got the Location of the Water Temple from Steelbeard...
BUT I CANT LEAVE THE MARACAI BAY because Patty is gone.
Checking where she is per Console, she seems to be stuck somewhere above the Ocean so I of course also cant talk to her because Im falling the instant I get moved there.
Great, Game is broken. Spawning Patty per Console also doesnt do anything. Yes, I can talk to her, I can (in Theory) sail to the Temple now, but once that Dialogue is done, she just tells me to not waste time.

Assuming that you've found Garcia's ship, I would suggest that you reload an earlier save.

Yeah, companions are really glitchy, I had Patty running inside mountains and buildings, luckily i was able to return her after reloading my save.
