The worst I've had is a flat-out "your movement speed is reduced" just all the time. Whether running, jogging/walking or crouching, you move SO much slower, its horrible.
That's a tough decision to make. It reminds me of when I tried a custom difficulty run for the 'Something To Prove' achievement on Thief (2014). I chose reduced movement speed as one of my handicaps. I abandoned the run after chapter 5 because it was so painfully tedious it was driving me nuts! I re-jigged it with anything except that to get me high enough difficulty points.
That seems odd that you've never got corruption, crafting bonecharms. Have you always got bonecharm crafting, witch crafting and master crafting in one go? That would explain it if you never craft charms with 4 traits.
I tend to get Domino fully upgraded before going past the simple 'Bonecharm Crafting'. Also, as Emily I like to get the Far Reach skill to grab objects at a distance first, too. It means I'm crafting with a risk of corruption for quite a few missions.
I max out bonecharm crafting before crafting any.
