If it's without powers please do share, to get the one in the basement raise the elevator to the top and then cut/shoot the cables
"The button for the basement is broken," you say?
"Well," says I, "maybe that elevator isn't broken ENOUGH."
...
You know, Granny Rags ...? :D
Granny Rags ? Am I supposed to find her rags ? I'm just a slow norwegian.. sorry. .-)
Granny Rags was one of the characters in the first Dishonored. Old woman being harrassed by a trio of (especially stupid) gang members. Can give you several side missions, none of them nice things to do (and all exert a VERY strong pull towards a High Chaos ending), which generally reward you with one or more Runes.
Eventually yu get the option to help her put the gang leader in a stewpot ... or try and kill her, which can be particularly difficult ... she's almost as hard to kill as Delilah is in Dis2.
In Dishonored 2, Paolo's immortality comes from carrying around her undead hand. :)
Don't feel bad, I ran around like a jackass for a good 45 minutes trying to get into the basement before I realized that :P
