Cheat Engine... How Far Does It Go?

I'm wondering how powerful cheat engine actually is. Does it jsut give you all powers? Or does it give you like 500 runes? Can it give you infinite mana? Can it give you bonecharms of choice? If not, is there another way to do this?

Sorry, but I have a very basic understanding of this kind of stuff.

Ok this looks like what I was looking for, but how do I use it?

1.download and install cheat engine
2.open the cheat table you just downloaded
3.pick the dishnonored 2 process in cheat engine
4.tick the options in the cheat table to apply the effect

I've got a Lifetime membership there (Cheat Happens) myself. Never had any virii or other malware sneak in alongside their trainers, though it always pays to run a scan anyway. :)
