If that doesnt make sense. From where you first enter take a left and go past those double doors.
you can actully steal it off some guard but that room is the easiest to get to in my opinion.
Wow, I'm going have to find that in an online run. I'm not really much for puzzels, I mostly enjoy these games as stealth-shooters.
I do remember one spot where you have to crouch down under a desk, shift to the present, and while there's a twisted bedframe preventing you from coming back out from under it .... there's also now a hole in the wall, leading to the boiler room. That gets you around one of those "master key" double-doors - it's right next to one, actually.
Shift to the past once you step in, and you can throw the corpse of a hound into the boiler to incinerate it - preventing the bloodfly next from ever happening, and getting to see the combination to the safe in that room. Fun. :)
