Stilton's house?
There are two doors in Stiltons house. In the present they are both blocked, in the past they both require the Master Key. Where's the key?

So far I've blundred thrugh climing or blinking or smashing but I've run out of anything to do that to.

In the courtyard, every guard has it, I believe.

After you pick up the time piece thing. On that same floor go down to oppisite wing with the big dinning room. Key will be the stool next to the dinning table with all the food in the past.

If that doesnt make sense. From where you first enter take a left and go past those double doors.

Well it's not on the guards since none of them droped it when I killed them.

You get the key in the room with all the guards. it looks like a dining room. The key is not on a guard but on a chair. hmm how to discripe it. in the center of the house there is a stairwell, if you go down and take the right way, you should get there

I have actually stolen it from two walking guards. But, of course, I first stole it by climbing under the table. There's an achievement for that.

Correct. Remember, get the key while hiding under the table. That gives you a Dishonored2 achievement.

Yeah, the key was on a chair. In a game that prides it's self on multiple choices and ways all these key hunts are so, um, formula.

you can actully steal it off some guard but that room is the easiest to get to in my opinion.

.... you can actually complete the mission without ever getting that key.

Wow, I'm going have to find that in an online run. I'm not really much for puzzels, I mostly enjoy these games as stealth-shooters.

I don't recall exactly how I did it, but getting to the back of the house largely involves going back and forth through time.

I do remember one spot where you have to crouch down under a desk, shift to the present, and while there's a twisted bedframe preventing you from coming back out from under it .... there's also now a hole in the wall, leading to the boiler room. That gets you around one of those "master key" double-doors - it's right next to one, actually.

Shift to the past once you step in, and you can throw the corpse of a hound into the boiler to incinerate it - preventing the bloodfly next from ever happening, and getting to see the combination to the safe in that room. Fun. :)

I freely admit that I'm no good at finding stuff like that. Maybe if I do a second run as Corvo I'll slow it down and try finding more of the secrets.

The trick is to be in the present (no guards) and use the timepiece's "look at the OTHR time period" function, to spot stuff. Like, I saw the desk was there, without the frame, so I crouched to look, and there was the hole, in the present. Thus: shift to the past, duck under desk, shift to present. Poof, access to that hole. :)
