The last duo is supposed to be in mission 8, in both of my playthroughs (one with Korvo the other with Emily) there were no singers but a group of Howlers.
Has anyone else encountered this issue ?

I read that if you rob any of the black markets, they don't show up the last time. I'm on my second playthrough and testing that out currently.

I've had them singing, never robbed the shops.

The fun thing is - I have no idea where the first band is. One is in chapter 8, another is on the Howlers' base in the Dust district. I've got the achievement, but I can't remember any other bands.

the second mission - "Edge Of The World", at the marketplace underneath the rails.

You not even need to rob them, opening and closing the Door is enough... So it doesn't matter if you robbed it stealthy and the Guy is still standing there selling Stuff, because as soon you opened that Door it's robbed...

I also still don't get the connection between those Musician and Black Markets, they are there in Mission 2 and 6 but then get borked at Mission 8, probably intentionally to ♥♥♥♥ up and suck Gamers even more... Especially on Consoles you can feel the anger...

Also to get All Coins in Stats, you need to get the Stuff behind the Black Markets, but you can do it stealthy without disturbing the Black Market so the Guy there not even notice something and still is selling his stuff... But the Game doesn't care, as soon as you opened that Door the Black Market counts as robbed...

So either they intentionally randomly ♥♥♥♥ the third Musician Group up or it is a Bug, several Tests have been made and it is still not clear if robbing even one is enough or how much needs to be robbed... There are also even People that say they not robbed any but still had no Musician at the Spot where the the third Group should be...

And even if they are all there and you visited them all, it is still borked... Some say they visted them for about 7 seconds and achievement popped, others was listening for minutes and not got it... Some say you need to stand near and listen two full songs, but the Description says "meet them" not "listen to two Songs each" so again not so clear...

And to make it worse, it doesn't even matter if you go Low Chaos or High Chaos, some not found them Low Chaos but found them High Chaos, others not found them High Chaos but found them Low Chaos... So that one is borked!

The connection is the howlers run all the civilians out of the area surrounding the black market in mission 8 so they can lay an ambush for you for robbing the black markets. I didn't rob any and the musicians showed up for me in mission 8. So yea, it makes sense, but it's lame if you're trying to loot everything

There's something really off about that achievement. Failed to unlock multiple times for me as well, and not for lack of trying. While doing my last run (murder spree) I find them at the store in mission 8 and think, screw this s***, and kill someone right in front of them, they run away in panic...achievement pops up...Really Arkane? Really?

I got it in a high chaos playthrough, even though that's supposed to be impossible. The achievement is bugged to hell

Tha achievment is so stupid, i robbed only the first black market and now for some reason i cannot do it

someone was saying it is related to having high chaos (you get ambushed by the howlers at the misison 8 black market area if you have high chaos), should also consider that.
