I love the visual and feel of the game! Here are some of my negative feedback: - The fog of war is very narrow, it's very distracting to have objects and buildings constantly pop in and out and reduce visibility a bit too much. - The trees disapear almost completely but still blocks you, it's very often I got stuck on a tree because I couldn't see it. In general I think there are too many trees in the way in the first part. - The bloom is a bit strong and get in the way of readability - I'd like to be able...

⚙️ Changes

Death penalty has been reduced based on player feedback.
Weapons are no longer reset upon death — you’ll now keep what you had when you died.

We’ve just released a small but important update for the WORLD WAR V: Last Call demo!
This patch mainly focuses on bug fixes, stability improvements, and a new DOF (Depth of Field) option.

Update Details

Fixed a critical issue where the player could get stuck inside walls.
Added an option to turn DOF (Depth of Field) on or off.
Minor performance and visual adjustments.

Fun little demo. Some feedback...

I like it! It felt like you were going for something a bit like Metal Slug x Shock Troopers. Thank you for the intentional-feeling handcrafted arcade style levels and encounters without any roguelite/RPG elements. The crying anime style girl with a book tied to her head is a cute, humorous, and easily likeable MC. I do have some nitpicks. i enjoyed the demo overall and keep this game on my wishlist but idk if i will end up buying it. the game is too simplistic for my taste. i thought therew would be any new mechanics introduced but no and the screenshots also show nothing new except new enemy behavor. Add some collectibles, maybe an upgrade system to get a better doge and more hearts, maybe let us carry more weapons and circle thru them. maybe add a shield that we can put down before us as a cover. Maybe turn us into 2D for a while, like in...

um.. did the blown up terrain just regenerate after i moved (well) away? bit silly to have to blow up the steps around the water area to get to the loot area or more importantly get back out.
