Mouse auto fire

I know it's probably a little late to ask for features, but does anyone know if it's possible to set it so that holding the mouse button down continuously fires? Repeatedly mashing on the left mouse button starts to grate on the joints after a while and I would rather avoid that if possible.

While it's not quite the same as a proper game support feature, there's a few ways to enable this outside of the game.

On windows I'd recommend AutoHotkey.
Steam Input can probably do the same if you finagle it.
