POSTAL Redux / Hatred Crossover

[Running With Scissors]

Not content with simply ripping off the idea of Hatred, we decided to rip Not Important and put him in our game, too!

To achieve this in POSTAL Redux, first start a single player game, then press T and type 'mynameisnotimportant'. After that go to the Options/Game menu, and select 'Coat Color'

The black and white effect can be found under Options/Video/Effects and is called 'Just like that other game'.

Oh Thats AWESOME!! Are you guys thinking about implementing more characters? Or is this a one time thing? Cause i thought it would be cool playing as Doomguy, or other famous violent video game characters?

Anything is possible, but we can't say anything for certain, yet. For now, you can simply enjoy the character's that are currently available!

It'd be great to see Bill Williamson (the Rampage film killer) or Uwe Boll added as player characters as a nod to the fact that Boll directed the Postal film.

I'm hoping they can get Corey Cruise to record some dude lines so we can get Alternative Postal Dude in full. We've already got the tan coat, we just need the voice over.

Edit: Maybe John Murray assuming you can find the guy who did his voice.

It's possible since Corey himself did the lines for the doctor at the end of Postal Redux's campaign. So he can jump in whenever RWS asks him.

Turns out Tim Wamboldt (who voiced Jon) works for RWS. He did voice work for Postal III (pretty much every male Ecozealot).

Tim Wambolt's a great guy, talked to him a few times recently regarding his YT channel (he's still uploading after all these years, as well as reuploading a few of the comedy vids he did for RWS' old site.) Dunno if he'd be willing to do more voices for John Murray, but idk, ask him if you want he's a nice bloke.

He no longer work with us but is a friend, and has agreed in the past to do more voice clips for John. So it might happen :)
