We sometimes play with air off, as it can get silly really as you end up concentrating on air v air or massive amounts of anti air in your defence.
This is what I'm talking about, especially on Assasination.
If you have 20 saucers, you have wasted time you could've used microing your fighters and winning the game.
(Also a pro-tip, if you're on a naval map, don't use naval units if the enemy is air-spamming, you'll regret it)
Hunker + shields + aa spam can beat most snipe attempts. But the best way to not get sniped from the air is to WIN THE AIR BATTLE. Why build shields and aa towers when you could get MORE fighters, KILL his fighters before he bombs you, and bomb HIS acu?
Okok, given I'm UEF or even Illuminate, but Cybran?
Fight over adapters.
-_- You know one of the only times I beat Mr. Air Spam was with a horde of Soul Ripers being defended by Adaptors.
