Report a translation problem
Safemode.
Right Click on Supreme Commander 2 in the Library view
Select Properties
In the General tab hit the "Set Launch Options" button
Enter in either "/Safe" or "/SafeMode" no quotes
Launch the game
Set your options
exit the game
remove the /safemode from the launch options.
launch as per normal
If it still does not work. Then try removing your prefs file.
Its normally located here:
C:\Users\(UserName)\AppData\Local\Gas Powered Games\Supreme Commander 2\Game.prefs
Good luck, one of those 2 should get you going, since you were able get to lauch the game at some point. :)
Not quite, but its possible a driver issue or a conflict with having 2 gpu's, perhaps its does not know which on to use etc.' Im running it on a gtx970, and I can run it on an nvidia 8600gsm.

Maybe a problem with fullscreen, missing graphics or something else. Try verifying the integrity of game cache or launching the game in different resolution through the steam startup command thingy.
