How to open debug console?
Game runs flawlessly with one exception. Mouse cursor is flickering when I move it and it's normal when I don't. I'm trying to open debug console to execute 'd3d_WindowsCursor' command to try to fix it.
I've edited
Game.prefs
file like shown in all tutorials but when I press Z button the console is not showing up. Any help?

Not sure about the console, but are you sure you have updated your graphic drivers as pretty sure that bug was dealt with.
