Lilith achievement

just a quick question about this achievement, specifically "meeting lilith before anyone else"
does this mean -recruit- lilith to town first or literally meet her first, like before cocoa/ribbon?
because i've just spent 20+ hours playing between 2 seperate saves to try an figure out which in game events/flags might allow me to do either, so can anyone clarify?

Town: 0, beat the first Lilith fight. It's not actually possible to get to her before at least beating Ribbon, Ashuri, and Kotri.

Must this be done in Casual? I am at the Sky Town after the Graveyard but cannot get onto a ledge to where she is. This is past the town's save-point but Double Jump is in Chapter 3 or so, meanin I would need to recruit people.

Does casual have the spring there to get up?

I've been all over the place but can't see any spring, I also tried bombing around the floor at random... where is it? And yes I started a game in casual mode too...

I have a section on non-linear Lilith in my guide..but if you don't want too much info, then:
- Try using Ribbon to shoot at the floor everywhere until you find it.
- You can find / meet / defeat every single boss in the game with 0% items, there are acheivements for that.

Bombs won't work, it has to be Ribbon that does it ^^ She is easier to beat btw when you don't have items (I used 1-2 HP potions but thats it)
