What does UPRPRC stand for?
Strange name to give the complete edition, what is it an acronym for?

I could elaborate further.

Also it's the name of a group of people who chase you and want to catch you (as Erina) in game.

Peropero = sound effect of licking

So a creepy club which main purpose is to be creep- err, lick rabbits. Because... well. Yes. Why not.
