No, it doesnt.
Miriam always knows if you got an item or not, she will use it during the fight even if you disable it.
Disabling items fools all other bosses (Level downgrade + some attacks change to adapt to your items), Syaro’s strange box, and even the very hud of the game itself. But not Miriam, somehow..
I guess shes just that good about item knowledge, being the shopkeeper and all...
So yeah, 0% run is your best bet.
OR, alternatively, I am pretty sure doing UPRPRC Girl Boss Rush from the Artbook DLC also nets you this achievement. Naturally, you need to survive until Miriam...
