Naming Attacks?
I don't really see a suggestion thread and I'm far too lazy to check to see if this has already been suggested -- have the devs considered putting in names for some of the attacks, especially the ultimate attacks each boss uses? It feels weird to have just an artwork cutin to me.

Something like in touhou how each spell card has it's own name? I'd like to see that.

I'm still trying to figure this issue out for the boss page design on rabidb.com.

I still think that the community should contribute to this though. We can probably figure something out.
Oh oh oh I wanna chime in. Giving names to moves is some of my favorite things in games like these. Naming all of Noah's attacks (all forms) sounds really fun, in particular.

I would totes be on board for this. Let's start suggesting some special attack names!

It would be easier to ask how to dodge a certain attack if it had a name.

I like it how it is, I wouldn't want them to be named.

This game has so many different attacks that naming them all isn't feasible, and naming only some but not others would be weird.

Even if it would be just the boss ultimate attacks though I still think the way it is is better.

It's like in shows when a character yells out the name of their attacks. It's just weird because nobody would actually yell out the name of their attack in the middle of a real battle. I mean, it's fine because I know why they do it, it's probably because the attack originally had a name from whatever the show is based on, and there's really no other way to tell the viewer what that is except having the character say it, but it still usually bothers me a little bit. So in this having it come up on the screen every time would also bother me, I'd be distracted.

Actually, because it's distracting, when I'm playing a game I think the less words on the screen the better. That's of course not counting the story parts, that's not during actual gameplay so it's not a distraction, so it doesn't bother me. Actually those are my favorite parts of the game. :rbrb1:

Don't worry, nothing will change ingame regarding attack names.
It is mostly for the fun of it.

I didn't really want a name for every single attack but it'd give the ultimate attacks a little bit more impact.
