How do you unlock the 4 new Cgs?

The massive damage finish achievements seemed pretty buggy when I was getting them yesterday... Did a lot of 13k-ish finishes with no luck on triggering the CGs, and one time I even got it from a regular charged red attack. So yeah I dunno, maybe it just needs to be over 14k or some other weird requirement considering even a red charged attack did the trick one time...

Hmm, kinda sad that the Cgs are tied to extreme conditions like these. A noob like me makes only 200 damage

It's worth noting that personally I was doing this on the highest difficulty (with attack up and give defense down buffs), and I imagine it's probably easier on Hard or below (due to bosses getting a defense buff at low health on Hell+)... Though I think you're able to skip the low health phase with how hard you can hit with upgraded slide item+rainbow shot (with all eggs found) while buffed. Feel like I actually tried that one time too, but maybe I went wrong somewhere at the time (I might not have had the buffs back then)...

I'd test these things some more to help figure out the specifics, but I'd need to beat the post-game boss again to reset them... and that'll probably take a while since I'm doing the SP version, and even then I'm only playing every once in a while now XD

Oh and I think I had the Crisis Boost badge's damage boost for most of my attempts too

Getting the CGs gives three specific achievements. Cocoa's must be without Ribbon in the party.

So, what is the minimum amount of eggs which I need to make enough damage? I have currently only 12 and I don't really want to search the other 60

Assuming the damage requirement doesn't scale with NG+, NG+ would probably make it super easy like one of the above comments suggested... But yeah you'd probably need quite a few eggs normally, so NG+ might be worth trying haha

Is one time NG+ enough or do I have to do it multiple times?
I have 67 eggs now

EDIT: Okay thanks guys! I didn't know that the impact of NG+ would be SO huge. I think I will manage it now

I don't think it needs to be strictly the finishing blow that does a ton of damage, I landed a super-strong rainbow shot in NG+ BEX (all eggs) shortly before the finishing blow, and I still got both Marvelous Fiinish achievements.

With 71 eggs or so in Loop 1 Hard, I can max out at 6K, The Same stats in Loop 2 has me capping out at 40K.

I just unlocked the CGs for Rita and Saya on normal difficulty. Didn't look how much charged egg did damage but I had 70 eggs. Combo bonus was around 40% or above (used a few super carrot + amulet to get it there quickly), had all town buffs and waited until their health was low enough before I shoot the egg. Got Rita's CG on the first try but Saya wanted more attention and I got her CG on the second try. I really like those new CGs and I'm glad more characters have their own CG now.
