The PS4 version; what's in and what's not

I just recently got a PS4, and been wondering what games to check out, now that the type of games I can play has widened.

Through some luck, it seems like a game shop in my town sells PS4 Rabi Ribi [scontent.fkul15-1.fna.fbcdn.net]
Price conversion to USD is about 39 dollars.

I know this Steam version has been getting updates every now & then even after the PS4 release, so what's not in the PS4 version, exactly? Basic googling tells me no artbook and soundtrack dlc. I assume no True Final Noah boss fight as well? Anything else not in?

Btw, the PS4 version that Gemayue once highlighted on his twitter [pbs.twimg.com] seems to have a different cover. Is this still the same content as the one i found in the shop, or slightly different?

*I'm in no hurry to get PS4 Rabi Ribi right now, what's attracting me to it is just the nostalgia factor from the hours I spent on the Steam version. =) That, and for this month, my budget is divided between choosing Spider Man, Resident Evil 2, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, or Kingdom Hearts: The Story So Far compilation version.

everything except the soundtrack and artbook DLCs. The PC's Is the Order a DLC was done to bring the PS4 content to PC owners.

There's a few minor updates that were done after the release which aren't in the PS4 version yet(if they even will be)

There was a rebalance to some underused badges to make them more viable.

The Cocoa Special 2019 that was added on January 1st of this year also isn't in the PS4 version yet.
