Lilli Pixie BEX tips?
Ok, so I was trying for the Lilli+Pixie+BEX+Incredibly intense achievement (and the Saya/Erina ones, but those are easier). But I've always had trouble with that fight, and on BEX I just can't seem to win, even remotely. My record is getting them down to 39/37 out of 96/96, and I've tried.... many times. There are just a few attacks that I have NO clue how to dodge. These include:
- Homing slow blue/pink bullets that speed up and fade out.
- Slow expanding blue/pink circles.
- Flying phase: Tons of homing lasers and nothing else.
- Flying phase: Pink fairy's super attack (the giant laser).
- And several that I know HOW to dodge, but always fail because they're friggin hard.

So, what I'd like to know:
- How to dodge the above attacks? IS it possible? I've not seen anyone do it succesfully on youtube either, except the giant lasers through (what seems like) luck. They generally just tank through it using amulets or just take damage.
- Which attacks are best to use? For now I use green homing in the middle, and pink/blue when they're on the side, and blue boost when full. Of course, always carrots when possible.

First time I cleared them I ended up doing half the mechanics wrong or sloppy, but when I was learning to clear BEX Erina Boss Rush I had to really clean up everything to be able to clear it, hopefully I can help you a bit with my experience.

First and most important thing: They are super vulnerable to damage during their big attacks while you are flying, if you can land a fully charged rainbow attack on them it deals insane damage, cocoa bomb is great too.

Super Carrot is amazing in this fight, you can hit both of them for high damage through out the fight often when they are in the center so try to only use it when you can hit both at the same time. Honestly for this fight the best strategy is high offense, I sacrificed a lot of bunny amulets just to reset my super carrot to deal extra damage. You can also try to choose when to use your burst and cocoa bombs to deal as much damage to skip certain phase cycles you are bad at.

Try to stay away from using green unless you absolutely cannot hit them, its just too low damage and just makes the fight last way too long. After clearing bex erina boss rush I ended up watching a few videos of others doing it and noticed how fast some people actually going through each phase compared to me because they maximize their damage and rarely use green attack, Like Bellauprprc doing the entire fairy fight in like 10 minutes or something crazy. Especially because of the mentioned mechanics above.

As for the certain spells you are struggling with, if I remember them correctly:

- Homing slow blue/pink bullets that speed up and fade out: You're talking about the one thats similar to Irisu's phase where she shoots small blue lines that follow you right? (usually hers leave off screen though). Because if so, this is one of the only few attacks in the game I actually have no idea how to dodge and just expend a bunch of bunny amulets and super carrots to dodge and deal damage. If someone else can give advice for this I could learn something myself lol. What a maddening attack, I raged so hard as this.

- Slow expanding blue/pink circles: I don't actually recall this attack sorry! I'll edit this if I remember.

- Flying phase: Tons of homing lasers and nothing else: If you go to the far right and hug the wall you can easily dodge them just by dropping down twice and then raising upwards quickly to the top. I used to always get owned by this attack until I started using this strategy and now I don't ever get hit by it at all, it was really rough on Erina Boss Rush on BEX and always made me lose so much hp.

- Flying phase: Pink fairy's super attack (the giant laser): Just keep an eye on the pentagram circles that appear before the laser, they almost always appear on the sides of the map and travel in a straight line focused towards where you were floating, so alternating between keeping high then dropping low as it fires and keeping low and raising high is what I did to dodge them, Kind of hard to explain I suppose, but at the same time try to keep moving in a circle around the map as you do that since the laser stays in the air for a moment while another one comes out. This attack is really intimidating but its not that bad as long as you stay calm and focus on where the giant beams will be coming from. If my explaination doesnt help much, maybe I can record a quick clip of me doing it. But yes, you may need to expend a bunny amulet or two here.

Ok after two tries I already did better with the two flying phases. I never noticed the pentagram AT ALL so I had no idea where the attack was coming from. Now I know where it comes from it's so much easier to dodge those figgin huge lasers.
Same for staying all the way out to the edge of the map for the homing lasers. Well... now I only need to get the timing right for getting back to the platform. XD Haha. Anyway, those two helped a lot.

Yeah the homing slow attack is indeed similar to Irisu, but Irisu's are less homing and you can dodge them, but Lilli/Pixie's lasts much longer and gets faster and faster too until they fade out. I can dodge them on "not-so-intense" because they're slower and I found a pattern, but it doesn't work on incredibly intense. Oh well, I guess it's just spending amulets then.
The one that I called "slowly expanding circles" is this one:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZcWOwfcfIbU&t=18s at 3:21. I guess they're not blue and pink but yellow and pink. My bad. XD

Well, as I said, I only use the green when they're above me because I can't dodge AND get to their height, usually, without getting damaged immensely. When I can actually hit them myself I use blue/purple.

I'll try to save my strongest attacks for their flying phase. I didn't think they'd have a "vulnerable" time so I always thought it didn't matter when to hit them. Though, I have no time/focus to actually check if it hurst them more or not, I'm just going to believe you on your word.

Thanks for the help. I'm still far, far removed from getting them but at least I can now dodge the two flying phases a lot better, and I can practice a more offensive fight in the air.

you can beat them on intense then beat erina and come back later with bunny memories for massive damage on incredebly intense. youll have to redo irisu for the reset and saya aswell. thats what i did in my hell run.

"at 3:21. I guess they're not blue and pink but yellow and pink."

See at 3:31 right on the edge of the platform on the right? You can dodge by standing there, its not always going to be exactly that spot, but there are small spaces you can just stand and slightly move (no jumping or you'll most likely get hit) to dodge.

Also do you have the triple jump item? it makes a few attacks MUCH easier to dodge, first time I did them on BEX I didnt have it because I didnt know the item existed, you find it slightly before the fairies.

But anyways, yeah they have a defense down debuff during certain attacks and phases, thats when you really really want to try to get damage on them.

Yeah I have 100% items. Except the triple jump, because I always thought you can only get it on the way back from the fairies, and I can't do the canoyon on bex with more than 9 seconds left on the timer. It's too close. But.... I have no idea why I thought you couldn't get it earlier. I'll do that and see if it helps.

Anyway, I have cleared BEX now, also the DLC, except for Incredibly Intense Pixie/Lilli and Erina, though Erina seerms easier than Lilli/Pixie, because I have more space to dodge most stuff. On just intense it took me only a few tries and it wasn't that bad.

Well, thanks. I'll go work on it another day. I've been doing this for too long right now. XD
