How do you refuel a flamethrower?

I know you can refuel flame throwers with "fuel tanks" picked up from Assault Sapper corpses, but how do you refuel flame throwers after they run out?

In MOW:AS2 you could siphon fuel from vehicles I believe, but in GOH I've tried and it didn't work.

The tank disappears after you use up all the fuel in the gun and the additional tank, after that going to an ammo truck or an ammo crate will only recharge the gun, the tank is gone forever, unless, you scavenge one from an enemy or friendly flamethrower unit.

P.S. only dedicated Flamethrower units can be re-supplied with fuel, anyone else picking up a flamethrower unit can use it but is unable to requisition supply for a refill.

The units concerned have scavenged a flamethrower. I'll not waste any more time trying to refuel them :)

I think you can get a new fuel tank from an engineering truck
