The device in question is In essence a handheld computer that appears to meets the basic game requirements at least until you dig deeper.
The amount of RAM on this device appears to be limited to 16 GB and that's the minimum required to run the game. It seems you can't upgrade the amount of RAM on the device. I expect the RAM chips are actually soldered to the PCB so aren't in slots like a motherboard. That 16 GB you get when you buy it is all you'll ever be able to have.
I can't be sure but since the GPU uses some of the system RAM and you only have 16GB of system RAM I think you'll run into memory issues.
ASUS don't mention this minor detail on the fancy product page. You need to go digging around for the details (dirt).

The default amount reserved is 4GB which leaves 12 GB left to run the game (and the OS and any other programs that are running in the background).
So you no longer meet the minimum requirements for the game
That 512 GB SSD is going to be very busy as the pagefile gets used a lot to make up for the lack of RAM.
Even if RAM isn't an issue I'd be very skeptical that performance will be sufficient to provide a "good" gaming experience. The hardware might "run" the game - but maybe at more like a crawl or walking pace?
Looking at the large number of these devices for sale on ebay causes me concern. If they were that good would people be hocking them at half the retail price in such large numbers?
I'm more of a bang for buck kind of person so whilst I like the idea of this device the RRP at which this is marketed means I'd be looking at building a desktop PC (that I can upgrade the RAM and GPU on at a later time) but that's a totally different non portable type machine and I'm guessing you like the size and portability of the device.
I also note there is are no ports to connect an external monitor to. Some things on the screen are going to be pretty small to see on the inbuilt screen so I hope you've got good eyesight.
The same goes for an external keyboard. This game uses a lot of keys and without a dedicated keyboard how are you going to map those keys to the available input options?
