Brandenburger for Germany
Recon Specs Ops for USSR
Sissi for Finland
USA (Liberation)... sorry really don't play USA much. Think they are called "special force recon" or something like that.
Some "Pathfinder" squads were added with the USA Airborne DLC and they might also get that buff. Not sure.
AFAIK - In multiplayer all "stealth" units (apart from snipers) are irregular doctrine units and cost DP. So unless you choose irrelgular you can't get them.
Yellow Gradient = officer(s)
Blue gradient = Stealth unit(s)
Red Gradient = medic(s)
Green gradient = artillery singalier
sandbags at the bottom = Engineer in the group
Eye symbol in the decal = scout in the group
Eye crossed out in decal = stealth in the group
Medic cross in decal = medic in the group
Orange bar ontop = light AT in the group
Red bar ontop = heavy at in the group
Sniper crosshair = sniper in the group
There is a limit on how cluttered a unit card gets so the scout or stealth eye might not get added in a group of other units.
As for stealth units out of my head:
Soviet Oznaz unit
German brandenburger
Murica 1st special combat force
Finnish Sisi commandos
And all the snipers
