Problem with this game

Hello i have very problematic case of performance in this particular game, Last time i played was around 2 months ago and everything worked good on default ultra settings, i was getting 50-60fps on biggest maps from liberation dlc so the heaviest one was playable with no problems at all. Now my CPU stays at around 15-20% use with results in very bad framerate (25-40 depending on how heavy map is). My GPU is working totally fine with 60-70%. I've been testing this game on every graphic settings and this case in on every one of them so taking down graphic options is not an option to solve this. Ram usage is around 22GB at all times so i have some more gb to spare so this is also not the case.

My specs (laptop):

rtx3060, r5 5600h and 32gb ram. Game is also installed on nvme drive. Temps are good for a laptop so no overheating problems

Not to be empty-handed, I have also tested a number of other games such as: Helldivers2 which plays amazing on high settings, and my cpu is working on 80-90%. I also tested Warhammer 3 total war which works just as well. Hell let loose on highest settings is perfectly playable on 100pop servers. Mount & blade Bannerlord which is also very processor based game runs smooth on very high settings. My point is every other game is using my cpu with decent usage percentage and this one is not.

So im assuming this is not a hardware case but a problem with game. What can i look for or what can i do to improve my cpu usage which is not even fully 20% because i think this is the biggest aspect that is taking down my performance.

@ Matirollo Hi!After updating the game, it crashed several times, in the middle of the game, there was a pause, everything froze, and closed. I reinstalled it twice and checked for viruses. Reinstalled steam, checked the integrity of the game files. The computer is working fine, during which I save several times what I have passed on the map. After each mission, I log out of the game, then I log back in. There are fewer problems during the game.

I was trying to reinstall both steam and game, checked files many times and even try with or without mods. Every time the same happens, my processor is sleeping in this game no matter what i have tried to do

@ Matirollo. Hello fighter!Try to delete all the saves in this game, see what's with the RAM, the volume of the game is very large, this may also be the reason. Good luck.
