Is there any chance for official external mod manager?
I don't want to offence anyone, don't want to be rude - I just write from my observations.

In game mod manager very often change load order of mods, sometimes deactivate some mods. It can happen as soon as player closes the game. There is one, unofficial mod manager from Mr cookie you all probably heard off, but it's no more developed and doesn't work under linux, lack of some features (like watching more than one mod folder).

Positive side of using mod manager is options.set is somehow safe from changing mod order or deactivating mods by game itself. That's why I highly recommend using it under my mods description. Other positive and usefully feature is presets. You can make ready preset of mods if you want to play different and not waste time with deactivating and activating one mod at the time, risking it's gonna mess in meantime.

So question is - is such tool in the plans or can it appear in plans?

Yesterday i could not play with set of my mods and missions from workshop. Even with Mr.Cookie Mod Manager. Every game launch, some missions was not activated, and was still deactivating with next launches. When i tried to activate mods in game menu, it was deactivating random mods that was activated previously. This is unusable. I ended up opening Game Editor and playing missions there, but it wasnt that much better situation, as some missions was allways not activated.

I use same setup of mods for daily gaming. Since last update i started noticing mods deactivation even in Mr.Cookie Mod Manager, and specially, if you engage some scenarios/missions/campaigns its get real mess.
