near the barracks when you have to contaminate the food, if you look around theres bags of an item called fuel soluble chemical or something like that, u need to take one and bring it close fuel storage tanks

thanks! I was trying with beverages, burning them, firing captured heavy weapons, harsh language and pointy sticks etc.

would prob have got there eventually but was getting a little frustrated!
